A while back I found bags of what looked like aluminum crystals. The story I was told is that in China many of the electrical lines are aluminum and when the power surges the lines begin to fuzz out, eventually someone has to come through and knock all these aluminum formations off the wires. I was never able to corroborate this story, or find much information at all on those cool aluminum formations. However I did save the coolest ones to be cast into silver.
